Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 May 2026
Berichtsheft KI helps apprentices draft, review, and export training logbook reports. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app stores your profile, weekly report drafts, signatures, reminder settings, purchase entitlement state, and local analytics records on your device. This includes names, company details, training dates, school topics, work notes, and generated report text.
Purchases
Paid features are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment information. The app may use RevenueCat to validate purchase status and restore entitlements. RevenueCat receives purchase identifiers and entitlement state, not your full report text.
Analytics
The app may use PostHog for privacy-safe product analytics. Analytics events are designed to describe product actions, such as opening the editor or exporting a PDF. Private report text, company names, school names, voice transcripts, and raw bullet notes are filtered before analytics events are sent.
Paywalls
The app may use Superwall to display paid upgrade screens. Paywall events may include the placement that triggered the paywall, such as PDF export, but should not include your report content.
Microphone, Speech, Face ID, And Notifications
Microphone and speech recognition are optional and used only if you choose to dictate report notes. Face ID is optional and used only to protect local app access. Notifications are optional and used for reminder scheduling.
AI Drafting
The current app can generate structured local drafts from your entered work notes. If a future version sends notes to an external AI provider, this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed for purchases, paywalls, analytics, crash diagnostics, or app operation, and only to the extent required for those services.
